Shipments are usually made within two (2) business days of payment. Notification will be made in the event of backorder. All items will be inspected for damage before shipping.

Returns will be accepted within seven (7) days of receipt of your purchase. as long as the item is in the same condition it was in when you received it.

Items not returned in the condition it was received may be eligible for a partial refund, depending upon the condition of the item. The returned item will be inspected and a 10%-25% fee will be deducted from the return, depending on the severity of any damage discovered. If the returned item is considered too damaged to sell, your refund will be forfeited.

Delivery is not guaranteed on orders made during major holidays.

Once the order is submitted to the shipping carrier, responsibility is out of our hands.

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, inform us so we may file a claim.

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import taxes and customs fees, which may be levied once the order reaches your country. You are responsible for these charges. Once customs enforces clearance requirements, it may cause delays that are beyond our control and may alter the original delivery estimate.

Large orders may take longer than two(2) business days to prepare. If such is the case, we will notify you of the delay and the estimated time needed.
